Our formidable leader, Gary lives and breathes the Lofty brand. He is the resident yes man and has an unwavering dedication to our clients. Gary manages the strategic growth and direction of the company to ensure that Lofty is at the forefront of the residential construction industry. Not only that, but Gary is across all aspects of the company and his door is always open. Never missing a beat, Gary uses his invaluable business and industry insight, extensive experience, expertise and infectious make it happen mentality to deliver the best possible outcomes for all our clients. Gary ensures that every build bearing the Lofty name is carefully considered and meticulously executed.
Craig brings to the Lofty team a wealth of experience from almost all facets of the construction industry, from tradie, subbie and business owner to supervisor, manager and lecturer, there is not much that he’s not across. At Lofty, Craig manages the general operations of the business, conducts contract checks, staff training, monitoring and implementation of systems and procedures, quality assurance and dispute resolution, to name a few. Craig relishes watching our team gain knowledge and skill while planning and constructing our clients’ dream homes. In his well earnt spare time, you might find Craig water skiing, sitting around the fire or spending time with his growing family.
As an experienced Project Manager with a background in business management and residential construction, Ketan has complete operational oversight of the construction side of Lofty. Ketan coordinates and monitors our supply chain to ensure a timely and seamless transition through all stages of a project, from start to finish. He is also a fully qualified Site Supervisor, on-site most days making sure your build is going to plan.
Fiona brings over 15 years of senior administrative experience in office and people management. She works closely with the company Directors in assisting in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the company. Fiona’s focus is on staff attraction and retention strategies and working to develop and implement an organisational change program. Partnering with the business to address people-related priorities is the cornerstone of her approach and success. When she is not keeping busy at home entertaining family and friends, you will find Fiona exploring some of South Australia’s wonderful golf courses in an attempt at improving her game!
Jamie has over a decade of experience in building and construction, so his industry knowledge is second to none. Jamie supports both the residential and commercial teams to acquire optimal development sites and offers advice on profitable outcomes. Jamie understands the importance of clear and regular communication with all clients and is happy to provide you with advice or assistance every step of the way. After hours, Jamie can be found in the gym or on the back of a motorbike.
As part of our Design and Project team, Jason has more than 20 years of experience in the building and services industry. One of the first things you’ll notice about Jason is his honest and determined approach to meeting clients’ needs and budgets. He takes the time to get to know you and your vision so that he can tailor his efforts accordingly. Jason loves a challenge and building great relationships with his clients, which motivates him to deliver the highest standard of service and the best possible outcome.
Alex is more than just a pretty face and your average Sales Consultant. He has a passion for both people and property and values connecting with clients to help them fulfil their dreams and smash their goals. Alex loves nothing more than a good chat and is always available to assist you, no matter what stage you’re at in the process. From finding your ideal block and designing your home to reviewing your plans or providing advice on your existing residence, he does it all.
Our resident sales aficionado, Dimitri’s enthusiasm is second to none. As your consultant, Dimitri is always in your corner, working with you to ensure your dreams and goals are realised and your budget and requirements are met. Dimitri can assist you no matter the stage you’re at and enjoys witnessing his client’s happiness and excitement throughout the process. On the weekend, Dimitri can be found playing or watching his favourite sports.
Fast approaching 15 years of experience as a Building Consultant, specialising in the custom build space, Andrew has been around the block and is well versed in successfully leading clients from initial consultation to handover. Andrew is as friendly as they come and is passionate about sharing his expertise with his clients to create lasting relationships. Outside of work, Andrew is a dedicated family man with a keen interest in weight training and camping.
With extensive and diverse customer service skills, Alana works behind the scenes to look after the administrative side of your build. She is proactive in assisting the Design and Project Consultants to ensure that processes, such as your contract documentation, are completed in a smooth and timely manner to positively impact your build experience. In her spare time, you’ll find Alana trying the newest Adelaide eateries and spending valuable time with her pups!
With a background in Real Estate, Amanda understands the inner workings of residential sales. She works with all departments to take care of the administrative side of your build and aims to move jobs forward in the most efficient way, tending to all approvals, requests, paperwork and documentation throughout pre-construction. Amanda is meticulous and is the vital gateway from planning to construction.
Joining Lofty with previous construction industry experience, Emily is of great support to our contractors and overall project construction team. Working alongside the Operations Manager, she spearheads the implementation and management of our WHS system and assists with other administrative duties. Emily enjoys the variety of responsibilities her role provides and loves maintaining an open line of communication with our trades. A keen netballer and dog lover, chances are you’ll find Emily hanging out with her friends or walking her dog along the beach in her spare time.
Carlos has been a building industry stalwart for almost 15 years, giving him the knowledge and expertise to create next-level home designs. Carlos most enjoys the concept stage, where he works closely with you to design your home. He is a master of turning ideas and dreams into reality and has a knack for thinking outside the box to deliver great design outcomes that are aesthetically attractive and within your budget. Carlos loves leading a great team, who collaborates to bring beautiful homes to life.
With 18 years of experience as an Architectural Designer, Darko knows what makes a good design great. He is proficient at maximising design opportunities and the potential in your custom home or investment project. The importance of design is not lost on Darko, he knows that it can transform your life and shape how you live in your home. He thoroughly enjoys going through the design journey with clients, guiding them from conception to conclusion.
Since receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering in 2009, Mahsa has been working eagerly as an Architectural Drafter and Designer both overseas and here in Adelaide. As a valuable member of our design team, she brings a worldly perspective to all of her projects and loves helping clients to bring their dream home designs to life. Mahsa spends her spare time on Adelaide’s beautiful beaches and communicating with family and friends.
Bruna combines her Bachelor of Architecture with her real-world experience in Interior Design both in Australia and overseas to bring fresh design ideas to Lofty. She is passionate about residential architecture and dedicated to achieving a high level of design quality for every project. Bruna is well versed in working to your brief, specifications and budget to bring your home to life on paper. In her spare time, Bruna likes to explore the outdoors, spend time with friends and listen to some good old rock n’ roll.
With Master’s Degrees in both Architecture and Landscape Architecture, Lauren brings a diversity of design ideas to the Lofty team. Ready to help you create a unique home that is the perfect backdrop for your lifestyle, she strives to achieve the best outcomes for clients at every stage in the design process, from concept to construction drawings. In her downtime, Lauren loves solving puzzles and creating pretty much anything she can dream up, from artwork to new recipes for at-home dinners or a rig for fairy lights in her courtyard garden.
Paul has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to the building industry, with over 15 years of experience in a variety of roles allowing him to develop his passion for delivering projects and developing systems. Paul is responsible for prioritising the day-to-day workflow of the business by monitoring systems, coordinating schedules and ensuring contract expectations are met. In his spare time, Paul can be found coaching junior basketball or volunteering as a part of the Competitions Committee at Basketball SA.
In his dual role as Project Scheduler and Estimator, Jordan gets the best of both worlds by combining his love for construction and problem solving into one position. Jordan utilises his 23 years of industry experience to ensure the constructability of a project, ascertain quotes and cross-check documentation and schedule the commencement of a project and the first few trades before handing the job over to the Project Manager. In his spare time, Jordan loves spending time with his family and coaching junior basketball.
A true pillar of knowledge, Gavin has close to 40 years’ experience in construction from trade and supervision through to estimating and management. At Lofty, Gavin manages and trains the estimating team, implements quality control and solves building issues from design through to the construction phases. Gavin delights in training and assisting other staff with solving complex building and construction problems. Gavin’s family is his world, and together they enjoy listening to old music, classic cars and a little bit of roller skating.
As an experienced estimator in the residential construction industry, Chris is responsible for all sales estimating, variations and selections pricing to assist in providing accurate costings for budgeting purposes. Liaising with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and the construction team alike, Chris enjoys the variety his role provides and all the challenges and moving parts involved in costing custom homes.
With a Master of Construction Management, Dhruv has a deep understanding of the construction industry and the associated trades and uses his theoretical knowledge, analytical approach, excellent communication and estimation skills to minimise project costs. As our Junior Production Estimator, he works collaboratively with his fellow Estimators, Project Managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
With over a year of experience in the construction industry, Raj is an EA-accredited Civil Engineer and a recent Construction Management Graduate. Raj bolsters teamwork and is a firm believer in continuous quality improvement. Being a Junior Project Estimator, Raj collaborates with the Project, Construction and Selections teams to procure the best quality building materials within the required timeframe and budget. Raj loves to conduct site visits to Lofty’s under-construction projects in his spare time.
In her role as a CMA, Amy is your guide during and post-construction, keeping your mind at ease by providing regular updates and answering any queries you may have throughout your building and maintenance journey. Amy enjoys the problem-solving aspect of her role and aims to make your building and maintenance experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible. A self-proclaimed ‘foodie’, after hours you’ll find Amy cooking up a storm or spending quality time with her family and friends.
Vicki started her career in the construction industry over 15 years ago working with some of Adelaide’s most recognisable builders. Primarily working with on-site customers and after handover, she enjoys watching clients’ dream homes come to life. Vicki enjoys developing strong relationships not only with her clients but also with suppliers, subcontractors and the greater team. In her spare time, you will find Vicki and her young family at the park or the beach enjoying the sunshine.
With over 20 years of experience in interior fit-outs coupled with an unrivalled passion for interior design and architecture, you might say that Laura knows her stuff. Working closely with both clients and the wider team, Laura ensures everyone that steps through The Gallery doors is provided with smooth and detailed selections while continuing to find ways to refine and improve the overall process and customer experience. Laura is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest design trends, which means that our products and options are constantly evolving, providing you with greater choice. After hours Laura enjoys spending time with her family and renovating her home.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and coming to Lofty with previous customer service experience, Emma works closely with clients to guide them through the selections process to help them realise their perfect home design. Emma is a firm believer that selections are one of the most exciting parts of building a home and works tirelessly to foster a fun and exciting environment for her clients while ensuring they walk away happy and with a feeling of accomplishment and progress. In her spare time, you’ll likely find Emma swimming laps or hanging out with her partner and their dogs.
With a Diploma of Interior Design and over 8 years of customer service experience behind her, Taloulah works closely with clients to help make their house a home. She leads clients through the selections process, assisting with internal and external colour and styling choices to ensure that their personality shines through in their homes. Taloulah enjoys liaising with and helping clients bring their vision to life and creating tailored spaces. In her spare time, you’ll find Taloulah engrossed in a good book or movie.
An experienced marketing and design professional, with a Bachelor of Marketing and Communication under her belt, Krystie applies her knowledge and array of skills to create, implement and analyse effective marketing strategies across all platforms. Her goal is to ensure consistent branding, positioning and messaging is maintained in all communications. Krystie thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, which is why she loves the diversity of her role. In her spare time Krystie can be found spending time with her husband and fur-babies.
As Personal Assistant to Gary, Nicole utilises her 14 years of experience as an executive and administrative support professional to provide invaluable one-to-one strategic and administrative support to Gary. Nicole assists Gary to help manage his responsibilities and competing priorities, while helping him stay organised and running to schedule. Nicole is passionate about supporting key business stakeholders to ensure the collaborative success of an organisation as evidenced by her dedication to her role.
As the cheerful voice on the end of the line and the smiling face behind the front desk, Alicia makes the most of her outgoing nature and bubbly personality to ensure everyone that calls or visits us has an exceptional experience. Alicia is always there to lend a helping hand and enjoys the variety that her role provides her. When she’s not behind the desk, you’ll find Alicia bingeing the latest craze on Netflix or spending time with her partner.
Having spent over a decade in the building industry, Tom is much more than just an experienced Project Manager. Overseeing project construction from commencement to handover involves managing suppliers and subcontractors, deliveries, WHS requirements and compliance, site audits, problem-solving and most importantly ensuring projects are running on time and on budget. A tradie at heart, Tom loves watching a build take shape from the ground up and bringing our clients’ homes to life.
With a trade and maintenance building background, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge, organisation and adaptability to your construction site. He works to ensure your build runs smoothly and to plan, by managing materials, trades and ensuring the quality of workmanship. Steve enjoys the Project Manager life, that is working outdoors, providing top-notch communication with trades and clients alike and meeting new people along the way.
As an experienced tradie, Blair is attuned to what it takes to keep a project running smoothly. He organises each stage of, and trades for your build and ensures all quality standards are met while running on schedule. Blair loves the responsibility of running job sites and the enthusiastic people that comprise the Lofty team. In his spare time, chances are you’ll find Blair mountain bike riding, playing rugby or spending time with his young family.
As a carpenter and builder with over 30 years’ experience in the building industry coupled with his passion for design and architecture, Paul is a force to be reckoned with on site. Paul enjoys working with our team of dedicated trades to reach a common goal and seeing projects take shape in the most efficient way. In his role, Paul oversees and coordinates the daily operations on site to ensure a high level of performance and compliance is achieved. Paul loves immersing himself in nature and travelling with his family.
Joining Lofty with 35 years of experience in the building industry, specifically in carpentry and maintenance, Wayne is an expert all-rounder who prides himself on his ability to provide exceptional customer service. Performing scheduled, reactive and preventative maintenance on completed homes, Wayne enjoys visiting clients in their new homes to address any questions, concerns and maintenance requests to make their building journey more enjoyable.

Monique acts as the liaison between Lofty and our stakeholders (including but not limited to engineers, designers and the council) to manage the administrative side of our development projects to ensure they get to site without a hitch. On the weekend, you’ll likely find Monique enjoying the great outdoors.
Mariah supports the team behind the scenes to make sure the development process runs smoothly for our clients every time they work with us. Mariah utilises her knowledge to keep you updated and manage the administrative side of your project. She is pivotal in ensuring the efficient flow of projects from planning through to construction and her organisation skills assure that projects run on time and budget. In her spare time, Mariah spends time with her partner and their two puppies.
