Lofty FastTrack

Lofty FastTrack Provisos, limitations and eligibility:

To qualify for the Lofty FastTrack offer, the home must be:

Single Storey
Total floor area must be 200m2 or under
The block of land that the house is to be built on must be within a 30km radius of the Adelaide CBD

As long as it’s in this range the design possibilities are completely up to you!

Upgrades

Upgrade items – such as floor to ceiling tiles, stone bench tops and other items can definitely be added, but some will require additional time. Please speak to your friendly Sales Consultant for a full list of inclusions.

Does not include “Turnkey” items such as perimeter paving, driveway, landscaping, rainwater tank. Land must be flat otherwise extra time applies.

Lowest Price Guarantee will only apply to build quotes of identical plans and identical specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, floor plan size and layout, internal and external features and specifications.

Limitations

Lofty Building Group is limited by the supply of available products within our industry. Lofty Building Group reserves the right to substitute products should a product become unavailable. You will be notified of any substitutions prior to their installation.

Lofty Building Group may be limited by interference of council or neighbouring resident disputes that impede on the ability to continue the building as scheduled. A reasonable extension of time may occur if works are delayed due to these influencing factors beyond the builder’s control.

Working Conditions & Delays

“Acts of God” and Inclement Weather Clauses – as responsible builders, we need to abide by heat and weather policies for the safety of our contractors, and sometimes bad weather will get in our way. Sometimes this will impact build times which is unfortunately out of our hands.
